While upgrading from latest FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE to FreeBSD 13.0-RELEASE.
While running the steps from
https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.0R/installation/
During the step "updating installed third-party applications" using `sudo
portmaster -af`
`sudo make clean` doesn't help.

When running `sudo make install` from ports-mgmt/pkg, the same error appears.`sudo make clean` doesn't help.
