I have locked postgresql94-client to avoid binary pkg upgrades causing postgres
being downgraded to 9.3.

I am now receiving this error when running `pkg upgrade` and it is generating a
17MB core:
Assertion failed: (cun != NULL), function pkg_conflicts_check_chain_conflict,
file pkg_jobs_conflicts.c, line 499.

Seems like it was fixed upon checking on that machine again. I see that I
instead locked the package with the dependency, php56-pgsql, at some point;
unlocking it and locking postgresql94-client fails gracefully/as expected:
